What does "zero-fee" actually mean?
We don't charge upfront for the build. You pay nothing until the agents produce measurable upside, and then we take an agreed share of that upside.
How is the "upside" measured?
We agree the baseline and the metrics up front — extra revenue, hours saved, cost removed — and track them against business KPIs. You always see the same numbers we do.
What if it doesn't work?
Then you don't pay. That's the point. We only win when the work demonstrably pays for itself — which is why we're careful about what we take on.
Who owns the agents and the data?
You do. Everything we build runs on your systems with your data, and you keep it. We're paid for the outcome, not for lock-in.
